At the Sapporo Beer Hokkaido Brewery in Toiso, Eniwa City, visitors can watch the process of beer making, from carefully selecting the raw ingredients, to brewing, fermentation, and packaging. At the end of the tour, enjoy a free tasting of freshly-produced “Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label” and the Hokkaido-limited “Sapporo Classic”! The guest shop, which is only open to tour participants, sells specialty souvenirs that are limited to this location.

At the restaurant “Valhalla” located within the factory, guests can enjoy fresh beer while savoring the flavors of Hokkaido, including “Genghis Khan” (grilled lamb and vegetables), to your heart’s content!

The Sapporo brand beer is still made with carefully selected ingredients and techniques that have been refined for over 140 years, while the spirit of the company’s founding continues to embolden the beer-making process, even today! If you love beer, this is one stop you can’t miss!
