Since 1981, our specialty handmade sauces have been slowly perfected, using ingredients such as cow tongue soup, simmered soy sauce, and mixed fruits and vegetables. Every day, the chef personally selects the meats and only slice them at the time of orders. Our Haruka original cold noodles come from the authentic factory in Morioka City.
